I made beef pot roast for dinner. With red potatoes, baby carrots, and celery.

I cubed 4 potatoes and put them on the bottom of the slow cooker.

1 package of baby carrots on top of that.

4 stalks of celery copped.

I browned the pot roast on all sides and put it in the slow cooker.

I mixed 1 can of cream of mushroom soup, water, and 1 package of onion soup.

Poured it over everything.

Cooked on high for 5 hours.

It's damn good.

Don't know how you call them in the US...porcinos?

With some scrambled eggs and lettuce aside.
And a bottle of malvasia.

@ Edgar

Never heard of it? Do you just saute them and put it with the eggs?

I love mushrooms in my eggs. Or anything else.

:obsessed:

sounds Good.

I really want to make some cream of potato soup with bacon and ham chunks, but I may not be able to do such a thing because I have to work late and pack for a move!

We'll see.

Beef Pot Roast is AMAZING though.

off topic, but I recommended a buddy of mine looking for survival tips, to Survival Tube,

He gave you great compliments!
