It's based on a statistical interpretation of why relationships break up. No children involved then five years is around where it fails. Seven years is about the time a child would be getting independent and could if need be cope by it's self. Look at the children in Africa, Asia, South America and so on. Our children are spoilt and mollycoddled. I'm not saying that's wrong by a long way. Just that is not the norm all over the world. Any way to get back to the point. It's mother nature again working behind the scenes. He is already looking around for an opportunity to plant his gene elsewhere. If you have gone off sex or not interested in having any more children his genes will be pushing for another host for his sperm. I don't want to rant on so you have just got the synopsis of the idea.

Thankfully I did 12 years ago and again you are right, she is as am I .She is 16 years my junior and £15,000 a year better paid. Feared by many and loved by most with a great sense of humour, she takes no shit and crucially she knows when its time to shut the fuck up.
So whilst you were sat bitching at people on your computer I was taking her to a hotel for a surprise Valentines day meal, Champagne, choccies the works.
Just goes to show, knowing when its shushy time can go a long way. Perhaps you ought to take note
