But my ego is much smarter than I am... and fools me over and over again.
I've always felt like an "old soul"... so I guess the old soul still has some lessons to learn... again...
So.. in a way... sometimes I still need a cut and paste video to confirm what I already know...

It is a tricky bumpy road, but the reward is beyond imagination.
The ego has to be convinced that it must step down from the leader position. The problem here is that 'we' and our thinking are in the same box. It's like a castle with walls and water around it. You must dare to lower the bridge and enter the vast world that is out there, break down the walls stone for stone.
Along with that you have to experience 'spirit/life/nature/god', because this can only be done by experience.
If you concentrate on the mind alone, you may develop a superego, if you concentrate on experience alone you may get hurt (physically)
The advantage of the times we are in now is that this 'world/cycle' comes to an end, the long years of study this took in the past are no longer necessary.
The most powerful weapon you have is 'intention'. Maybe you have the intention to come home, or to communicate with all your bodies, or to be connected. Find your intention and keep to it. At first you will experience things you never wanted to experience at all, those are the experience your ego did not want to experience. You can start to accept these experiences completely and go on with your life (resolving of karma)
Along with that deal with the child in yourself, your subconscious, it's 'in' your belly. This subconscious wants to do everything for you to make you happy. Your subconscious is very powerful because it is the master of your energy.
It is very afraid, does not understand words like 'not'.
It is important that you comfort this child in you (the child that you are also) in a positive way (positive language), that you recognize and agree with the needs / desires of this child.
That way you can overcome negative patterns / emotions that keep you from being yourself.
When you 'work' on both ends (head / belly) you will end up in your heart, in the middle.
