If you zoom in to this anomaly you can see that there is a word written at the bottom of the green line, it says google backwards. So this is clearly an error! GIMPS

it looks as if a meteor was caught on this particular frame...

the green streak is in front of everything it passes and it looks like it started from left and went to right... you'll notice it begins abruptly but trails off to a very fine point as if the meteor started and then phased out....

interesting nonetheless

it does that everywhere on google sky so clearly you made an error... GIMP
