The video shows a bright object with three or four other smaller satellites.
Has that somehow been debunked??

You beat me to it - but for those who have never done so, I'd suggest you get a pair of binoculars and take a look at Jupiter. The little lights are some of its moons.

Yeah Strider..much as I want it to be something else I am pretty sure that was Jupiter...Which leaves (for me) only two unexplained events: 1) the five bright objects filmed on EarthCam over La Guardia and, 2) the explanation for how balloons can stay visible to the naked eye for almost five hours.
Question : Do the times for the EarthCam lights and the La Guardia closure coincide?

A question regarding the moons of Jupiter theory. Totally plausible but are all 4 moons visible in a straight line like that from Earth? I don't own a telescope and am not an astronomer...so I don't know. Is there any scientifically verified data that shows the position of the moons around Jupiter on that day to back that possibility? Has anyone investigated that at all? Balloons might be visible for hours. I've seen it happen but surely they don't stay stationary for that length of time. You have to be at a vantage point where you can track it's path and watch it slowly drift away. I think the cams would have been able to track that movement incrimentally and it would be evident in the videos that there was slow but steady progression till they finally exited stage right. The darker vids (time lapse night shots) show 2 luminous objects going this way and that and just hanging around for a while with what looks like nowhere to go. Least that's what I got out of it. Anyone agree or disagree?

I looked up the information and Jupiter and four moons were visible last night at that time.They should also be visible tonight.As far as them being in a straight horizontal line I do not know but the more I look at the footage the more my gut says Jupiter.
I want to know what those lights flying in tandem were tho.

No they have not been talking about that! and it has not been debunked. regardless if there were a few balloons it doesnt explain the big object that hovered siliently of the city that thousand of people seen. An the media is not talking about it but they did show the footage of it.

I just want to remind everyone to keep and open mind.And think for yourself! The media seems to be playing these mass sightings off as balloons but where have were heard that story before?

Roswell, the military explanation for the roswell crash was balloons also was it not.
