There is only one "Heaven" in that, it's a dimension, or a frequency of existence. There are higher dimensions, and lower dimensions, and other universes and all kinds of stuff, but the "Heaven" that we're all talking about all the time is the same place that everyone goes to regardless of belief or religion or upbringing. For one thing, what other people think of you is -absolutely- irrelevant. The only say other people's opinions have is whether you land that job, whether you are arrested at the border, or whether you win "miss Kentucky" or not, or whatever. Likewise what you have done in your life does not matter when death comes. Which sounds very shallow and incorrect on the surface, but I'll explain why(I believe that). What you have done is in the past. Why you have done things (the reason you exist in a body on Earth) is to learn. If you do "bad" thing, life gets harder and usually you suffer greatly. When you suffer, you learn, what we can call "experience." When you die, what matters is who you -are- (present), and that is most heavily defined by your experiences. Thus a murderer may spend thirty years in jail, repent, and learn a great deal from him suffering; he may come out a saint on the other end, anything is possible. In the end he is a saint, things he did in the past will not outweigh who he presently is.

It also helps to understand that this is true because it is determined by who you are, or in other words, not by some other entities judgement. God speaks nothing but pure love/energy and truth. The truth needs no defense, and God does not need to wave his truth in your face as a tool for determining your need to be punished. If you are ever punished it is your fault, or the fault of some collective you belong to (one collective we all belong to being the Human race on planet Earth, so you can't always just say "she didn't deserve that," sometimes things are connected on deeper levels than self, or family). God does not need to Judge anyone and neither does Jesus, they do nothing but help, save, and guide millions of beings(including people) every day, never judge. Thus an angel or God may instantly "save" you, or absolve all the darkness that you've piled up around yourself in your evil lifetime, lead you into Heaven and spit truth all over you in all kinds of colors, but that doesn't mean you have evolved and in fact may be sent back to live a life worse than before (of your own choosing). When clean and clear we understand the reasons for suffering, the reasons for coming to learn(to evolve) and we choose to do so willingly, just as everyone that is here now has done. Whether you actually evolve or not is another story, but NO ONE is denied entry into Heaven(we are all creatures of light after all), it's up to the individual to not run away.

The ONE god principle I can relate to, but surely there would be other gods to keep this god company? And who then created this one god? Where did this god come from?

I tend to imagine that our God is the God of the Milky Way, our galaxy. I don't actually know that, but its kind of what I believe in for no good reason.

You can't really do "wrong" on Earth because right and wrong are just concepts. Of course, doing "bad" things tends to increase your "heaviness" or in some cases "darkness", but it's not inherently "wrong," in fact it is partly the reason you come here to learn. We all just wish you would learn in "better" ways for the sake of all of us ;p sort of like taking the fast road or the long road, both get to the same place, but one can take eons longer, the choice is yours. "And why do we fall down Bruce?"

Where do people go when they die?
Step one is the Earth dimension, which is all around us all the time, where ghosts and all kinds of stuff "live". Most people then go up into Heaven, guided by an angel, a dead family member, or any of the myriad of guides that exist in the universe. Those that don't go immediately up to Heaven(which takes 10-15minutes anyway) tend to go to some level they are connected to somehow, be it through past lives (some esoteric dimension), where their soul comes from(some "good" alien world far from Earth), or some demonic presence they've strongly linked themselves to over the years(the demonic plane or a "dark" alien planet). Very few people goes these odd extra directions as far as I know (which isn't much), though I do know a lot of people get stuck in the Earth dimension because of drugs, suicide(really the worst thing you can do), or bad medicine, etc.

I use my personal experience (known information) and try to mold as much "gut" feeling in and around that. Some of it in the end may prove to be "inaccurate" though not necessarily "incorrect", but if it can't stand on top of what I -know- to be true, than it must not be true(logic wise) and it won't be incorporated into my text based replies. :headscratch:

it's a very complicated subject though, so questions are highly encouraged. if I don't know I'll say I don't know, or make it clear that I could be wrong, like with my belief that God is the God of our galaxy.
