Step back and think about that for a moment.

To have that kind of algorithm is what the NSA would have albeit on a larger scale, and these guys are probably monitoring you with this add on to see where you frequent, a code like that would be worth $millions especially to anti-virus companies.

I think this add on is a load of bullucks myself, and rather sinister.
I don't trust them at all (gut instinct).
Just trying to reason this out somehow

My best firewall comes with ESET Smart security, Defaults is good settings, but I taught mine on learning the rules. You can block whole domains which is not recommended ( I have Yahoo domain, and Faceache site blocked)

Spam is now non existent in mail monitoring, brilliant piece of software to have.

Put exactly the way I wish I could have :clapper:

And a song playing too, that is really laughable.
If it was really serious at all, it would play a short audio clip.
I havent tried the addon at all, and doubt I ever will it sounds to me quite amatuerish.

Someone is taking the urine, anyone with coding knowledge can embed just the audio of a youtube video into a java script.
The music would play on sites that the creators, have deemed(NSA) watchable in their eyes.

I can imagine a YT channel getting lots of hits (maybe they want YT partnership.
Some people will do anything for hits.
But of course, I could be wrong on all counts.

@Chaindrive
I never tried it at all, I would not use that plugin, it's too suspicious.
ESET is on top of them all chaindrive :flop:

lol I promise you it does work I have tested it and it has passed with flying colours.
Not 50/50 but 100% of the time.

Its quite simple really, this program has the public list of who the NSA monitors, when you visit one of these sites it warns you by playing Pink Floyd.
Nothing more nothing less.

I did not, but from the replies I am guessing it is ESET Smart security.

You are not the first to say this Slith.
:headscratch:

Go to the mozilla home page, then click the addon box at the botton.
then hit extensions and tell me if you can see Dark Side of Prism 1.0.

No, nothing

Then you dont have it installed.
Go here and hit the add to firefox box at the top of the page.

That should do the trick.

This is the home page of the person who developed this software.
http://www.justinblinder.com/

Why was Dark Side Of The Prism created?

"Dark Side of the Prism" is a Firefox Add-on that provides a soundtrack for our surveilled internet meanderings.

The public recently learned that the US National Security Agency's on-going internet surveillance program, Prism, collects data from users of major websites.

Many of us already know that any data we might share-- not just Facebook posts, but our search and click pathways and histories-- could be compromised, but we do so anyway. We have normalized this ubiquitous surveillance.

"Dark Side of the Prism" uses Pink Floyd's aural prism (Dark Side of the Moon) as a playlist to the NSA's tracking efforts, serving as an auditory reminder of how our online activities are surveilled. What hypochondriac questions do you Google in the middle of the night; who do you cyberstalk? Consider those missives the lyrical component to our soundtrack.

I don't need music or pics to know I'm being watched secretly or at any site I frequent. I'd prefer they just come straight out and tell me openly, instead of being covert lying cowardly condescending pricks. :hell:

Agreed Slith.
:flop:

NSA monitoring all those sites would still be a conspiracy if Snowden had not put his neck on the block.
Snowden a true American hero.
