Thank you for signing the petition asking the Obama Administration to acknowledge an extraterrestrial presence here on Earth.
We are ready and willing to admit that the United States government and military has been actively investigating and covering up the existence of visitors from other space-time locations and their engagement of the human race as a whole stretching back thousands of years.
We are at this time willing to incriminate the testimony of hundreds of government employees and military officials and confirm that they have been engaged in the obfuscation of this phenomena, up to and including the destruction and sequestering of documents and hard evidence, the intimidation and deaths of hundreds of material witnesses and whistleblowers, as well as the hoarding of all acquired advanced technologies and information from civilian populations as well as the rest of the world of nations.
We are at this time fully prepared to make remittance to all parties adversely affected by said actions and disperse technologies to the world which will precipitate the dissolution of all commerce public and private, and the dismantling of all of the world's petro-chemical, nuclear and electricity producing facilities.
We furthermore are ready and willing to admit without delay the falsity of nearly every major religion worldwide on grounds of intervention within Earth's history of said alien entities, both beneficent and malign.
We anticipate the full and unfettered forgiveness of all of our crimes, but in the absence of said forgiveness are completely prepared to deliver the perpetrators of said crimes to the justice of international tribune.

We hereby ask for your forgiveness, because while we show you synthetic prefabricated images, documentaries, books and papers related to galaxies, the cosmos and beyond, instead we have been sending strategic positioned satellites with nuclear weapons, capable of destroying any of our enemies the moment we choose.

We are aware there are lots of unexplained aerial phenomena but we gave up investigating them as they have proven not to pose any serious threat to national security.

So if you want to know about extraterrestrials or life outside our planet, please look elsewhere, because as you will understand we have been pretty busy taking care of business.

I've considered the issue, but don;t estimate it as an argument strong enough to explain aliens or God's intervention in the development of fiberoptics technology. The government employs 80% of all scientists. Gotta give them some credit too.

Fair enough....but I Hold to my assertion.Micro technology and light bending exploded onto the military field without much in the way of predecessors.
