Why are we in such a hurry?

yep, another thread inspired by beer, lol.
seriously though, why is the world we live in in such a hurry?
why do we have to work as fast as we can and most of us get paid badly?
a life time is long, of course we have periods where we think wtf, time runs, but we
also have days where we say, bah, cant this day just go over to the next day...
why the hell is that? is it really only the money that make this world go round?
why are we hurrying up so much? why dont we meet the expectations we all set in our
minds? why do people in africa still suffer from hunger?
is it cause we dont have time to feed everyone of us but have to fight people like us?
with all the money that was spent out the anus for wars, there would be 10000 new Dubai's in africa, in every fucking single city of africa.
what the fuck is this? WE, the humans, who are intelligent enough to solve problems, (here on dtv someone said the human race is the master of solving problems)
which i have to agree, we see problems, and find a way to solve them. if it takes seconds or decades, we try to solve them...so..
is it cause they dont wanna help these people? or is it we dont have the time? is it greed?
i dont fucking know..
but if it was up to me none on this planet would have to beg for a drop of water or a piece of food.
