I have had three sightings. two above my head and one flyover. The first 1st was in my school yard. I was 10 years old. This thing looked like the Lunar Module and it was huge, just hovering silently above. A big dark cloud came across it and when the cloud passed it was gone. The only person i told was my mother. I said to her that i had seen the Apollo Space craft. The year was 1969. I still see it in my mind like it happend yesterday. I know what i saw and it did not belong to this planet. The second sighting was when i was 14 years old. There were about 10 of us and we were on the local golf course sat on a tee off when one of the lads said, what the hell is that. I looked up and there was a triangle of 3 lights, blue, green and white and these lights were big. It was right above us and no noise whatsoever. We wanted to make a run for it but we were to scared to move. We sat there for about an hour when one of the lads says the lights are dimming. I looked up and realised that the lights were getting smaller. Thats because it was rising and when it went out of view were were up and running back home. I also told my mother about this one and she said it must have been a helicopter. I knew it wasn`t. The next day my mother called out to me in the house and said, have a read of this. She gave me the local paper and there was a story about a triangular UFO spotted by a police patrol in the Breacon Beacons. They are about 40 miles away from where i live. My mother said to me, that must have been the one that you saw. The time they gave was the time i had got home at 9.30 that evening. It must have been quick because it took me about two minutes to get home as soon as it vanished. My third was a big green ball with a green ring around it. It flew under the clouds and i thought it was going to hit a block of flats over the local shopping centre. It flew over the horizon. It was so big it looked like it was low and this happend for about 3 to 5 seconds. This was about 2 weeks after the second sighting. I did not tell my mother about that one. She probably would have had me certified. I kept all this to myself from then on after one of the lads was ridiculed for the second sighting. I told my story to a UFO investigator 33 years later in 2002. I have seen some strange things since then over the years but they were not convincing. The first three were.

For me, it never was the fear of ridicule, this has happened to me all my life even by my own family. I had sighting happen to me while at work that I called my coworkers out to confirm what I was seeing was actually there and real. Their reaction was FEAR, running back inside the hanger area shaking in their shoes and cussing me for showing them. I figured if they couldn't handle it and wanted to deny what they saw themselves why would I need to report it or tell others. Chances are they will react the same also. Most people just don't want to know even if it is real. It upsets their "reality" just too much for them to comprehend.

Yea, I agree, ever hear the old saying "When the student is ready, the teacher will appear"?
I figure that when the ETs think that the population is ready they will take matters into their own hands and appear. It has happened before in our history but on a smaller scale.
The Hopi Indian tribe claim that in the past when things were bad on the surface of the planet, they had to go underground and live with the "Ant People" until the problems passed.
The "greys" look kind of like ants crossed with humanoids to me. :alien:
