Widespread Looting: Sandy Becoming Another Katrina

It's beginning to look more and more as if no lessons were learned from Hurricane Katrina. In the wake of Sandy, pockets of looting are beginning to double and triple. While some residents burn pieces of their demolished houses to stay warm, all are wondering how much worse it will get with another approaching storm on the horizon.
