All these so called 'Gods' we talk about are human inventions, have led to numerous wars because of the human insanity / arrogance.
There is a mystery, it can only be experienced.

Wait a sec. If i remember correctly "god" has been responsible for some of the most wicked disasters/happenings in the history of man. Flooding the ENTIRE WORLD, famine, swarms of locusts, ect. I thought he was suppose to be above this shit? Isn't this the pot calling the kettle black? I mean, how are we expected to do soooo much better then a so called perfect and infallible being? We can't. Which is why I'm calling :bullshit: to the whole gods prophecy thing. And the existence of god for that matter. capeesh ?

I would like to bring up a point about all forms of future predictions. These predictions are based on a simple formula called "the will to receive": Minimum effort for maximum pleasure which is the basis of human nature.

If humanity stays in this frame, then it's likely that these frightful prophecies are about to unfold, which constitutes "the worst case scenario".

However, if mankind is willing to switch to (even very short) states of unconditional altruism, to that extent these bitter prophecies are sweetened. (these states are also called "enlightenment" by various religious/spiritual doctrines).

The problem here is anthropomorphizing the concept of god.

Lets suppose for a second god is a law just like gravity. This makes "theological sense" (i'm sorry for the oxymoron) as god is not supposed to change, as no law does.

Keeping the analogy with gravity, I ask you then: Is gravity good or bad? Gravity is great as long as you're not a moron and jump from the 10th floor...

just my 2c

I know one member who will heed the warning as long as an Angel brandishing the works of Carl Jung delivers the message in a dream.
I am a nightmare walking, psychopath talking
King of my jungle just a gangster stalking
