get this Heinrich Mohn's son Rienhard Mohn , the entrepreneur who transformed Bertelsmann from a provincial, war-shattered German publisher into a global media giant . Mohn was coincidentally an officer in Hitler's Wehrmacht . he has died but his company has not.

My company a printing company is owned by Bertelsmann and I have worked for them for over 25 years and will retire soon.

We print, Time, People, In Touch, X-Box, Play Station, Family Circle, Fitness and thousands more operating 3 plants, paying non-union wages with way better benefits.

Our plant alone employs over 600 people and treats all on an equal basis.

What Bertelsmann did in the past is just that the past.

I'm Irish -German and maybe some of my German ancestors were in the German Army, does that make me one of Hitler's thugs.

thank you so much for your post , if i understand you correctly tho u are just an employee of this company , which its really nice of you to share a bit about this company from personel experience but i was talking about the founder of the company and the ones that call the shots like the board of directors we have to wonder if they are as you some one with a past or someone who chases there past.
