If i had 50k to have cloned my cat when he passed away this past sept. I would have. He was my friend for 19 years, over half of my adult life.

there's no way to tell for sure because legal work on cloning people is not allowed anywhere. Considered immoral mostly.

Though if they can now clone, or just grow a chicken breast or cow leg for better processed foods. And we can now clone our animals at the punch line to feed our selves with more happy-ness.

So possible to clone a person, highly probable. Any ramifications to cloning a person while the other is still alive or if memory transfer is not possible though, is something we have no idea about, but somewhere in the world, some scientist probably does know.
