A worldwide rally against genetically modified food giant Monsanto is being held across the globe. Activists are protesting the use of potentially harmful chemicals in food production, something Monsanto says is the only way to feed the globe's growing population. Hundreds of cities are set to take part in the march across more than 60 countries. RT's Marina Portnaya reports from New York.

So when/how exactly did Monsanto decide they became the moral and ethic conscience on how the world should be fed? I think we did pretty well before they came along.

....i hate the fact that this even exists

The concept of conspiracy frightens some people,
so much so that they are willing to overlook any and all evidence
that world events are for the most part directed,
rather than chaotic and coincidental
