He probably assumed in Chile he would not need them. Even the mega wealthy do not like spending money on bodyguards, but I believe he will consider things differently. Tho it is also possible a bodyguard was present, but was not restraining the guy due to him not being a threat. The dude being a dumbass and shouting is out of the realm of what bodyguards are present for.
There did seem to be a guy towards the end holding the door who might have been the bg.
It is not the bgs job to just rough handle any fool who starts yelling. Law suits happen that way, is a big reason female bgs have become popular over the years because they tend to handle situations differently. A good example of this is with madonna when she would go jogging and take 4 bgs who would rough arm any in her path. it is just not professional.
