That would be under the HVAC codes, I would go with an aluminum cooling unit, a 12 V compressor, with CO2. To a 3/8 inch tubing coil warped around the main reactor unit. An independent cooling circuit that while not in demand, cycles off the onboard batteries at a variable time based on real time ambient temperature readings. How cold would it need to be on average? We could also add an anticipator circuit, for setting automatic turn on and turn off, to the needed nominal range. Just an idea...

no law's of nature involved here mate , just law's man made ( big oil made )

and remember , funeral after funeral , this is how science makes progress

i strongly believe that the next leap forward will come from the energy sector if we really want to survive for the next 100 years ^^

i don't know if it is going to be cold fusion but if it does it will open the door for the really good stuff because the myth of over-unity-can-not-occur will be shattered for ever

You can't break natural laws, you can break human 'laws'.
Hot fusion adepts assume that nuclear transformations only can take place at a high pressure and a high temperature, they will be proven wrong.

Untill now we put a lot of energy into getting little output (energy) and that is against natural law, the mini/max law that states that the more effort/energy you put into something the less the output will be.

For instance the explosion motor, the output of the explosion motor is at it's max not ever above 50%, and than I have not taken into account the waste of energy put into getting oil out of the ground, making gasoline and delivering the gasoline to the motor.

The same goes for over unity, there is no actual over unity, it's only over the unity we assume.
From a spiritual perspective ; in the now everything is present yet still, in our daily life we only percieve a tiny bit of this 'all', that does not mean that the 'all' has no influence.
The same as a thought by the observer can influence the observation at this level, so can a vibration or potential draw energy out of this all, in fact the only thing that happens is a transformation of the existing energy into our dimension, or make it 'visible' to us.
