On the dog and bone as i type this m8...great job
,hey it is free phone number no excuses peeps.
Lilith...great poster(well not really) but you know what i mean, the similarities are well, obvious eh?..this is where 'they' want to take us...we must not allow that..
Edit-actually i am going to contact Talksport also.
Knew you'd be right on it Jonesy
, Honestly folks, we can't let this one go, we need to make a complete mockery of this advert. I am counting on you all (well the UK based contingent) to follow this up otherwise who knows when any of you could be reported as a terrorist for buying a mars bar with cash.
Ok m8,just off the dog and bone,it's really difficult to say what you gotta say aint it? They really don't wanna listen,i basically just said i was phoning not to report anything but to complain about the talksport ad,which i told him is completely ridiculous for the reasons we know...i think the guy has heard this before because he was quick to say you're better off contacting talksport m8...hmm but who requests talksport run this ad??
Well the guy on the other end of the phone was reasonable, calm and collected type.
People may say i am wasting valuable 'police time' or whatever but NO not really because if enough people actually phone them they will ditch this ridiculous ad and anything that maybe similar in the future...THAT's why i called them...now Talksport..here i come, ready or not!
Edit- I'd also like to add something odd he said to me,something along the lines that 'it's been unusually busy today' meaning then thousands of folk are calling the anti terrorist hotline...i doubt that, freephone or not...trying to spread more fear is he?...it's like even they are in on the whole thing...and it's funny to them.
.
Lol, excellent stuff Jonesy, know what you mean, i didn't quite know what to say but i definitely made my point
. I wonder if it has been busy as a result of this thread? wonder how many lurkers have made the call? speak up lurkies

Hi,
I am emailing you today about your ridiculous anti terrorism advert i heard just the other day.It is ridiculous for the following reasons.
-If you don't talk to your neighbour = TERRORIST!!!
-If you use cash instead of a bank card = TERRORIST!!!
-If you keep your curtains closed = TERRORIST!!!
Do you think this acceptable?..I think 99% of Britains should hand themselves in to the authorities then,we all must be terrorists. Please stop running an advert which breeds extreme paranoia amongst law abiding citizens.
Regards,
David

'Thanks for your comments. Rest assured, our highly trained team of monkeys are processing them now!
