Oct. 13, 2010: Astronomers using NASA's Hubble Space Telescope have captured rare images of a suspected asteroid collision. The snapshots show a bizarre X-shaped object at the head of a comet-like trail of material. Their findings will be published in the Oct. 14th issue of Nature.

If you took time to read, the article he is speaking about is new. People need to have more patience here. Everyone learns about things at different times, what's new to you and new to hundreds of others, might be old news to many.

Have patience, point to a prior thread, if you feel it's relevant, but don't make people feel bad for trying to share information. That's completely against everything this forum is about. If it's not a new thread, a moderator will take care of it, but it's not up to any one of us to tell people what is new news, and what is old news, what they should or should not post about. It's all happening, we all need to learn, we all need to help each other, not yell at each other.

"Duh, i've already heard this"

"Well, I haven't."

"You must be stupid then. You'd be smart if you heard about it at the same time I heard about it."

Does this make any sense?

/rant.

Sorry. Just hate seeing this stuff.
