I'm just having fun with you guys. Use whatever interface you are used to/prefer. As long as we make it to the site and spread are ideas, that is what matters.

Yeah something weird was set up.
I deleted firefox and re downloaded it.
Everything seems good now, and it does seem to run smoother.
Problem solved.

Run a boot time scan on full efficiency, that may be an indication of malware in your browswer, they can be installed silently just from clicking on a website that has been tagged such as websites like...

Porn

Streaming sites

Download sites.

If it is a rootkit that got in, you have problems, and you will have to remove all backups, disconnect from the internet, and again run a full system scan on multiple platforms as they are tricky to find.

Even then it is touch and go whether it can be removed depending on where it has chose to latch itself.

The tell tale signs are computer slow on starting up and unable to switch off properly, as well as many browser problems.

I would assume you have one anyway and run the scans anyway, and not just from one virus protector.

Most people are infected and never know it until the infection has run to far and cant be removed properly unless a full system flash and a full (hard copy) reinstall is implemented.
