you can create redirects as you wish...but only the site admin can permit it.only he can set the urls that could be redirected to the main url of the website...
i am a web developer and a site admin as well..i dont think what you said make sense..

Ok, I'm sorry. Not being rude here but...WHAT????
I can make a website, call it anything I want and point it to wherever I want.
I don't think your statement makes sense.
How would a site admin have any say where a separate site redirects?
It is up to the person who pays for the domain name to decide where he wants that to point.
A person with a domain name and host, can point the nameservers where ever they wish.
For instance. Although I use godaddy hosts, I have it pointed to wix nameservers. Now yes, wix would have to initially allow for their nameservers to be used but that is their business essentially.
What you are saying is that if I bought say http://www.freakjob.org but had it point to http://www.youtube.com, that youtube would have to allow it.
Wrong, youtube couldn't do a dang thing about it
Forgive me if I missed something, but just basing off what you had said, that sounded amiss.

I've been searching about the Illuminati and I came across this...LOL...just wanted to say (and yes, I actually made an account just so I could write this) isn't it kind of weird that if it was "just a redirect code" the NSA wouldn't have dealt with it already? I mean, they're the NSA after all...it's been a few years and the site is still up and running...I mean, if I were the NSA, I would've gotten rid of it long ago.
That's kind of weird, isn't it?

How is that weird? They either don't care because it brings them more hits, or they set it up themselves, or....*gasp*
They have no clue.
Would you know if some random arbitrary site decided to redirect to you? Very doubtful unless you went looking for it.
This is nothing more than someone wasting their time to spend money on a stupid redirect.
Besides, what is there to "deal" with? It's not slanderous, has nothing generating revenue so it's not plagiarism, and it's just a joke.
