Looks like there's more prints to the right were the tracks off the rover have gone over them,
Why only 4 prints ? Strange the way the prints just stop.

Makes you wonder whether it is a true image, but hey you never know..

The "shoe/bootprints" could be scoopmarks... But definitely look like shoe/bootprints.

Who says it was taken on Mars? Could be a photo taken on earth during testing.... I don't think they are footprints, if they were then you should be looking for someone with three feet....
