Hmmm.... my first thought was chemtrail residue, but since it only appeared on a few houses, that doesn't really make sense. I'd be interesting to have it tested.... seems like that would clear it up.

Seems to make the most sense that it was an airplane discharging its bathroom waste contents. And it's unlikely that anyone would admit to that either.....
