Or do like a total paranoid and use windows xp pirate edition,maybe it's still on a warze site somewhere,it does amazing things by itself,like changing ip's at will and forcefully connect to wifi,plus spywall just to be on the sure side,spywall is a program that "eats" a lot of malware BEFORE they enter your computer.
