MENOMINEE - Three members of the Twin County Airport Commission stepped ahead Thursday to type a committee to generate a work description for a component-time airport supervisor.

The move turned necessary right after previous airport manager Tim Spreen resigned abruptly Nov. 9. Lineman Jeff LaFleur has been serving as acting supervisor.

The committee, comprised of James Furlong, Dale Berman and Nick Lakari, was instructed to make the position strictly for part-time supervisor and not contain the tasks of lineman, as was the situation with the prior deal/occupation description with Spreen.
