Katadyn MicroPur MP1 is the most recent addition to Katadyn's Ultralight Collection. This small tablet does it all. MicroPur MP1 is the only solution of its variety, EPA registered as a microbiological drinking water purifier. MicroPur MP1 tablets launch chlorine dioxide, the very same compound used in municipal drinking drinking water plants around the world. So not only is the drinking water safe to drink, it also preferences wonderful. Tablets are individually sealed for longest shelf life (3 years.) Each of the thirty tablets integrated treats 1 liter of drinking water. Wait time is as follows: five min's for viruses and germs in all drinking water, thirty min's for crypto and giardia in typical drinking water (60F, distinct drinking water), and four hours for crypto in worst circumstance drinking water (39 F, quite filthy, somewhat acidic drinking water, i.e. the variety you'd want to double pump with a purifier.) Contains thirty tablets.
