    I'm not saying it's the real thing but some of these comments are ridiculous like the soft plastic or these gurneys didn't exist till 60s.I mean can't even see the picture clear to make statements are LMAO

    Uh there is one problem here. The military was too cheap for color pictures back then.Plus the gurneys are wrong those kind did not exist until the late 60s. AND the actual colors are wrong as well. It was all green canvas and no plastic wrap!
