    I don't WANT to attack the person who posted this. SO I'll just attack the people who think this is anything other than a bug: MORONS! lol.. Come on now... If this flies as a UFO than I got the most groundbreaking footage ever caught on tape through my Apartmenst security camera, because we see these things every day!

    The light is obscured by some mist or cloud as it reaches the lowest point and streaks up .If this is a far away cloud or something on the lens will determine the distance.If it is a distant cloud then we have something unexplainable and very large.It should have been seen by many people in such a large city
