pretty crazy video, im not sure what to think about it. If it was hoaxed, the hoaxer is amazing, you are unable to see their head and just a glimpse of "Its" arm's. Also it appeared to swim very fast but i'm curious at 6 seconds into the clip the video seems to jump, or lag.. as a edited video would do. But im not sure if this is due to the underwater camera glitch or what.Another strange thing is at the end of the clip that light appears but there doesn't seem to be equipment causing this.. and you can tell the camera operator is startled by the light as he pans towards it as the clip ends. Interesting video. Thanks for upload

The moment I saw this footage I knew I had to comment on it! First and foremost I agree with everyone on here that the mermaid has incredible speed in regards to a human trying to pull off swimming like that with a heavy tail and a mermaid costume. We naturally aren't fast in water as humans so think about it then add the heavy mermaid tail...Something for your thoughts. Second the mermaid absolutely positevly does not use her ARMS to swim. WOW!Plus look at her hands closely as you can they look webbed a little, they are diffinelty shaped different than ours. A human being can not hardly swim the surface of water without using their upper body atleast not without sinking, this being didn't have any upper body movement it was all in the tail and mid-section of her body. You can tell the person who shot this was in deep waters. We as humans have to atleast doggy paddle and it just doesent work this deep in water. This merbeing is so profondly good at her speed and swimming abilites that she never once allowed us to glipmse her face! I can't even see hair really thats how fluid her moves are. I watched this clip numerous times and paused it many times when her tail bends inward as a flex and their is no muscles to be fond nor knees, legs, etc. the tail bends completely it almost looks painful. Anyway enough said from me. If you want to inquire about more proof of mermaids being real research the Israeli Mermaid and watch Destination Truth on the Israeli Mermaid but you must watch it online to where you have acsess to pause, rewind, and slow down the episode's footage. If you do this you will not believe what you see! This is a recent event so I'm sure most know of it. One more thing I noticed on the right hand side of the clip there is a foreign writing at the bottom and it looks like Arabic of some sorts ? Hmmm and then you have the israeli mermaid...? Just a though but who ever shot this knows way more than they are spilling about this encounter. One question How did you manage to get this on video and where? Does anyone know who shot this please tell or the person that did and reads this please do tell me:-)

Ever wondered why marine animals have a different skin than ours...I think evolution is not so wrong after all.

whoa... ok i know there are professional women that do that stuff and swim as mermaids, if you know Hannah, she has lots of videos like that on YouTube. but that one, as i first watched it the first thing i thought was how quick that mermaid was!i mean, a woman with a mermaid costume wouldn't have been able to swim that fast, and her movements are much different, because still, swimming or not a human still has legs and ankles! its clear that this is just a fin by its movements.but still, how did you tape that?

I\'d have to agree with Volcanic. This person or mermaid was extremely fast. I have watched and observed people who are in the olympics and without much knowledge, this video is not cheap shit. I believe there could be a mermaid who was caught off guard and swam quickly away from discovery. Even a quick kick & push off under water couldn't possibly help extend the swimming capabilities that fast!Watch it again & observe. I don't care if I'm wrong. If you stop the video in the seconds that captured the mermaid, shit-it was penetrating it's body so fast up & down like an eel to swim away-it must've been real.A force that fast under water must take the human strength 10 times to beat that speed. It's pretty cool. Nalee
