I saw a few videos on youtube in regards to some sort of metal being in cereal. I was thinking maybe it could be iron. It does not surprise me if the food industry is doing this. As we all know, they DO use food as a weapon. GMO's, fluoride in the water, aspartame. I also read that very small metal shavings are being used as fillers in foods. However, if indeed it IS iron, in my opinion it is WAY too much. Especially since cereal can be be picked up with a magnet. You can also search that on youtube. In this experiment, I used corn flakes with 50% iron, an organic cereal that had 25% iron, and another organic with 15% iron. Take a look for yourself and you be the judge.
