Planned Parenthood wins partial victory in legal battle with Trump administration

U.S. District Judge Indira Talwani issued a preliminary injunction blocking these cuts for certain Planned Parenthood members, which was seen as a relief amid fears of chaos for patients needing care.

Planned Parenthood expressed gratitude for the ruling but highlighted ongoing concerns about potential funding losses. They argued that the law, described as “unconstitutional,” could lead to increased untreated diseases and loss of vital healthcare for over a million patients.
