Censorship in America has escalated to a new level

BREAKING: Facebook Bans President Trump Indefinitely

“Mark Zuckerberg says protecting America from the President of the United States.”

The censorship begins (!)

History is repeating itself within the Wiemar Republic version 2.0

“Just one day after locking President Trump’s account and censoring messages of peace towards pro-democracy demonstrators, Facebook founder and CEO, Mark Zuckerberg has moved to ban President Trump indefinitely from the platform.”

“Despite censoring the President’s calls for an end to protestors’ efforts to breach the Capitol (which was ordered closed to the public ahead of electoral vote certification), Zuckerberg went on to claim that President Trump had used Facebook “to condone rather then condemn the actions of his supporters.””

Now Facebook shows their true colors and honestly show that President Trump was correct in his statements regarding FB, Twitter, Googles abilities to manipulate the search parameters.

For example:

Re-address the communications bill as clearly Face book is acting as a publisher in choosing who they want on their platform. By cherry picking it is showing their lies of transparency.

What are your thoughts? Censorship or Not. What is your point of view (?)

The corporations have their hands into some deep pockets that they don’t plan on removing anytime soon.

Eventually Walmart will buy out every minor retail store.

Meanwhile they’ll start policing our food, they’ve already started this trickle you all have just been too busy to notice.

Other social media platforms will follow the new Facebook fad. Soon social platforms will dominate the internet and it’s only a matter of time before sites like this go too.

Don’t believe me? Then why does a company who makes 5 million a year in revenue need supporters?

Not to get side tracked here. This is about Censorship as opposed to past staffing.

But I believe what you have posted was what staff was prior to DTV going to version 5.0 and moving to another domain. If memory serve correct. Lukas released many keeping (?) two or three prior to the move. How many now after the migration is unknown until asked.

@Lukas
Thoughts on both the thread and @Nwadsm comments please? Btw, belated Christmas and New Years regards to You and Yours, The Staff & Moderation here at Disclose.tv

As far as the censorship…I feel that this will be a following trend and eventually lead to the taking over of social media platforms that drive the NWO agenda while silencing those sharing stories that see through their plans.

There are signs that are leading up to this hypothesis, and like everything else going on we’ll see what happens when the time comes.

Just my observation.

This is actually really simple… just grow a pair and delete your facebook and twitter.

This is all incredibly bombastic, you all realize that facebook is not the only means of communicating on the net right? When they censor it doesn’t mean that you will be censored everywhere… just move to platforms that don’t censor. If you don’t… you are the problem… not facebook.

They are allowed to censor bc they are a private company. I censored my employees this morning by telling them to stop talking politics and get back to work.

I don’t recall ever saying anything about not understanding why they can do it. Thanks for telling me something I already knew and understood. It has nothing to do with my central point and it seems like you are trying to get me to attack a strawman.

So then why bring up the argument of censorship when it is not in fact censorship? It’s a private company implementing their guidelines which are very clear, if you actually take the time to read them.

Trump made false claims, with no evidence, then called rioters who destroyed property and threatened lives “special people”.

Why initiate a conversation that has no merit and call something censorship that clearly isn’t. There are millions of other outlets for him to communicate to his audience.

So then why bring up the argument of censorship when it is not in fact censorship?

I didn’t bring it up, I commented on the topic. My point was that you enable a service to censor you when you maintain a membership. Your attempt to move the goal post and try to argue a point that I am not arguing is about as obvious as it gets.

Your statement about it not being censorship is 100% false. Just because it is in the terms of service, it is still censorship.

censor

verb

censored; censoring\ ˈsen(t)-sə-riŋ , ˈsen(t)s-riŋ \

Definition of censor (Entry 2 of 2)

transitive verb

: to examine in order to suppress (see SUPPRESS sense 2) or delete anything considered objectionablecensor the newsalso : to suppress or delete as objectionable

Trump made false claims, with no evidence, then called rioters who destroyed property and threatened lives “special people”.

Your statement about Trump is irrelevant and you are just trying to antagonize me… Nice try. I didn’t make any statements about Trump or anyone else. I just made a statement about being empowered to avoid censorship.

Why initiate a conversation that has no merit and call something censorship that clearly isn’t. There are millions of other outlets for him to communicate to his audience.

Why openly make a fool of yourself in a public forum when it is very easy to find a dictionary definition online and put you on blast?

I censored my employees this morning by telling them to stop talking politics and get back to work.

Better be careful on how you treat your employees… The employer employee relationship is symbiotic. If you treat them bad enough and they all leave, all you will have is a dead business and your d¡ck in your hand.

This private company has to be compliant to Federal Laws too.

Censoring for one political party is wrong and they should be held accountable or at the very least add to their EULA agreement a statement about once you post, your post becomes property of said company. I would agree to that if told in advance. But their claim is social media and when you direct what social issues can be discussed on your platform while claiming to be transparent.

That is a restriction on Speech and violates the First Amendment. Telling/reminding your staff that they are paid to work. Rather, discussing politics is totally acceptable.

What goes around come around and Face Book may pay for their actions.

First, I didn’t even respond to your comment to begin with. I replied to the post in general. So don’t get so butthurt.

Second, you nothing about how I treat my employees. They are very well compensated for what they do and when on my time, they need to be productive. Otherwise, they are stealing my money.

Lastly, it’s not censorship if the end user has other means of communication and has a right to not use the platform. Just use another platform.

No one was antagonizing you either. No one thinks that highly of you. Get over yourself.

Thank you for confirming my central point, and I only found your comment by virtue of clicking on a reply that showed up in my notifications which lead me to your reply.

Really? What was your reason for bringing up Trump? It added zero value to your argument.

I agree that private companies have the right to censor people all day long. I don’t argue that we have the right to impose our will on a membership based online service that is offered for free.

Bc he is the one your claiming was censored.

Now your the antagonist

Ok… nice I’m rubber your glue argument. Lol…

Welcome to club ignore list… You will meet many like minded people there.

Nope. Facebook is like Pepsi for some people. Even though they disagree with Pepsi and their affiliation with Senomyx (long story), they simply cannot give it up because they love it so much.
We Americans literally purchase the rope in which we hang ourselves. Nobody cares, or at least the majority don’t care. We waited too long in complacency and thought we had a savior in one man.
We were wrong and we’re going to pay for it.
Everyone, whether they’re conservative, liberal, socialist or libertarian will end up regretting what’s coming.

In essence, they have no grit and want to whine and complain until they can impose their will on a company that has membership based service that they offer for free. When you sign up to be a member of a service offered by a company for free, you pretty much have zero claim to any right to free speech.

The only right you have is to cancel your membership and move on. This is what I did 7 years ago when my account was suspended for merely asking how a vaccinated kid is put in danger by an non-vaccinated kid in a comment. I didn’t use any profanity nor was I disrespectful but my account was suspended all the same. I deleted my account immediately because I won’t give them that power. That is what all of you should do as well.

Is it possible we could discuss the Threads title and it’s implications as opposed to the wasted bandwidth for your arguments guys?

@Bandit I agree with you that you pay for work and not for to talk about current events. That is for break time and it’s your money. No work no pay.

@xiflez Your point is just leave to go to another platform.

Question is Did face book censor and is it legal for them to do so?

Facebook does censor and yes it is legal for them to do so because they have a terms of service that you agree to that allows them to, which no one ever reads.
