How to personalize the homepage to your topic preferences

For those not interested at all in certain categories e.g. politics… go to the category page and mute the category like so:

After this, your latest, new and unread is free from any political madness for example.

You can also “mute” single topics:

Or “mute” a specific user like so:

Users with Trust Level 2 can additionally “ignore” other users:

Go to Settings -> User -> Add the user to your ignore list.

I grew up around computers, I use to program basic and binary, I am computer savy. So far I have not found anything that I have not understood. However there are many who are not so lucky and they will need you to spell things out for them.
