Federal prosecutors release translated transcripts of Brown University shooter's videos

On December 13, Neves Valente, 48, opened fire during a study session at a Brown University building, killing Ella Cook and 18-year-old MukhammadAziz Umurzokov, and injuring nine others.

Two days later, he shot and killed MIT professor Nuno F.G. Loureiro at the professor’s home.

Federal officials reported, “Neves Valente showed no remorse during the recordings... he blamed innocent, unarmed children for their deaths.” They stated their investigation into Valente's motives will continue. The full transcripts can be read here.
