A significant internet outage is impacting numerous services due to issues with Amazon Web Services (AWS). As of 9:20 AM, over 2,000 outage reports have been filed in the U.S. Major websites, banks, and apps such as Zoom, Amazon's products, and government services are affected.

AWS has confirmed increased error rates and delays. They stated, "We are actively engaged and working to both mitigate the issue and understand root cause." Users are advised to pause critical workflows and remain cautious of potential scams.

This outage follows a previous incident in July that also disrupted various services globally.
