China rolls back and suspends retaliatory measures against some US entities

SUMMARY

China will lift export control measures on 15 U.S. entities and pause such measures for 16 others for one year, starting November 10. This decision also includes the removal of restrictions imposed in March and April on some U.S. entities.

As a result, Chinese exporters can apply to export dual-use items to these entities. Domestic firms will also be allowed to conduct transactions with those listed as unreliable entities.
