Women seen at forefront of AI adoption

SUMMARY

A recent study from the Cheung Kong Graduate School of Business reveals that women are leading in the adoption of AI in China's workforce. The survey of over 11,800 professionals shows women adopting AI tools faster than men and reporting lower anxiety levels.

As generative AI use rises, women are enhancing skills in empathy, adaptability, and communication, crucial for navigating this digital transformation. Despite widespread job loss fears, women exhibit greater emotional resilience during this transition.

This trend aligns with broader national policies encouraging women's participation in technology, as they make up nearly 46% of the workforce in science and technology roles.
