President Trump approved attack plans on Iran but hasn't made a final decision on whether to join Israel's air campaign. Sources indicate Trump is waiting in hopes that Iran will abandon its nuclear program.

He mentioned, "I may do it. I may not do it. I mean, nobody knows what I'm going to do."

Iran rejected negotiations under pressure and is prepared for strikes on U.S. bases if America joins Israel's offensive.

Though the U.S. hasn't publicly participated in Israeli strikes, it reportedly assisted in intercepting Iranian missiles. Trump hinted at being impatient with Iran and acknowledged knowing the location of Ayatollah Ali Khamenei but stated that he won't target him for now.
