Mamdani's trip was not included in his public schedule, and he was seen boarding a Delta flight with top adviser Morris Katz.

Trump recently praised Mamdani during the State of the Union, stating, “The new Communist mayor of New York City, I think he’s a nice guy, actually." Their previous meeting was notable for its unexpected camaraderie.
