Meet UK's new immigration minister: She will take the oath of office on the Koran

The cabinet reshuffle comes after Deputy Prime Minister Angela Rayner resigned over a tax scandal. David Lammy has stepped in as Deputy Prime Minister, while Yvette Cooper takes over the Foreign Office.
