Pope Leo XIV has canonized Carlo Acutis, a 15-year-old computer whiz, making him the Catholic Church's first millennial saint. During a Mass in St. Peter’s Square, Leo emphasized Acutis' legacy as "God's influencer," using technology to spread faith. Acutis, who died in 2006 from leukemia, was known for his website documenting Eucharistic miracles. The canonization ceremony was attended by thousands, especially millennials and families.

Pope Francis had supported Acutis’ sainthood to attract young Catholics. Acutis' relatable story resonates with many, making him a modern role model.
