Venezuela actively co-operating with US on plans to export oil

SUMMARY

Venezuela's interim leader, Delcy Rodríguez, is collaborating with the U.S. to export 30–50 million barrels of sanctioned oil. PDVSA and Chevron are negotiating shipments as part of a plan to stabilize Venezuela and generate revenue. Challenges include securing legal recognition for Rodríguez’s government and establishing reliable payment methods. Long-term recovery of the oil sector will need significant investment. U.S. energy companies express strong interest in investing and expanding production in Venezuela.
