Russia to seize assets of international 'Satanists'

Russia has placed the "international Satanism movement" on a financial blacklist, allowing the government to freeze the assets of its alleged members, even those without a criminal record.

This action is part of a broader initiative aimed at controlling perceived threats within the country. Patriarch Kirill, the influential head of the Russian Orthodox Church, voiced support for the ban in January, accusing Satanists of conducting malign ‘rituals’ and recruiting young people.
