Judge finds Trump admin unconstitutionally targeted noncitizens over Gaza war protests

A federal judge ruled that the Trump administration's attempts to deport noncitizens protesting the Gaza war were unconstitutional. U.S. District Judge William Young agreed with university groups that the deportation strategy violated the First Amendment rights of individuals.
