Ryan Routh found guilty on all counts

Ryan Routh, 59, was found guilty of charges related to an attempted assassination of Donald Trump at Trump International Golf Club in Florida. He faced five charges, including attempted assassination of a major presidential candidate, assaulting a federal officer, possessing a firearm and ammunition as a felon, and possession of a firearm with an obliterated serial number.

Evidence presented at trial included phone records, video surveillance, and testimonies about Routh's stalking behaviors. Routh reportedly had a getaway plan involving aliases and multiple license plates.

During closing arguments, prosecutors emphasized Routh's intent, arguing he had meticulously planned the attack. Routh defended himself, claiming the assassination would never happen, but jurors deliberated for under three hours before reaching a verdict.
