Trump eyes White House Treaty Room for latest renovation project

President Trump plans to convert the historically significant White House Treaty Room into a guest bedroom with an en suite bath. He has already made lavish changes to the East Room and added “challenge coins” to the West Wing walls. His renovations, seen as one of the biggest in White House history, include the destruction of the East Wing for a new ballroom and upgrades to the Lincoln Bedroom's bathroom.

Additional changes encompass the Rose Garden and the Palm Room, and he is developing a new security screening center for visitors. The Treaty Room holds historical significance, having been used for key events by past presidents.
