Uk prosecutors say 21 charges authorised against Tate brothers

Andrew Tate and his brother Tristan have been charged with serious offenses in the UK, including rape and human trafficking.

Andrew, 38, faces 10 charges related to three women, while Tristan, 36, has 11 charges involving one woman.

A spokesperson from the Crown Prosecution Service confirmed the charges, which include bodily harm and controlling prostitution.

These charges followed evidence collected by Bedfordshire Police.

A European Arrest Warrant was issued in 2024, leading to the brothers' extradition from Romania, where they must first resolve domestic criminal matters.

The CPS emphasizes the importance of a fair trial and cautions against any prejudicial public commentary.
