Second Los Angeles-area fire breaks out as firefighters battle raging Palisades inferno

Meanwhile, the Eaton Fire near Pasadena has burned an estimated 200 acres. The strong Santa Ana winds are exacerbating conditions, grounding aerial firefighting efforts.
