Immigration officers arrest 'African tribe' members in Scottish woodlands

An "African tribe" in Scotland, calling itself the "Kingdom of Kubala," has been evicted by immigration officials. Two members, Kofi Offeh, claiming to be King, and 21-year-old Asnat, were arrested for overstaying their visas. Offeh’s wife, Jean Gasho, was allowed to gather her belongings before leaving with a local friend. They argued they were reclaiming land stolen from their ancestors 400 years ago. The landowner, David Palmer, took legal action after calling the group's presence a nuisance. A sheriff issued an eviction order, which the tribe refused to recognize. Offeh stated, “The Kingdom of Kubala cannot be destroyed.”
