Erika Kirk rejects idea of banning cameras in trial of her husband's alleged assassin

Erika Kirk insists on the need for cameras in the trial of Tyler Robinson, the man accused of killing her husband, Charlie Kirk. She believes the public deserves to see "what true evil is," especially since media coverage has followed her and her family during their mourning.

A Utah judge recently ruled that while cameras can be present, they cannot show Robinson in shackles, aiming to balance his right to a fair trial with public transparency. Robinson faces aggravated murder charges from the September shooting of Charlie Kirk, and the prosecution seeks the death penalty if convicted.

Robinson's next court appearance is scheduled for January 16.
